wow... what intolerance...
As an AC SE... I don't post much here... because I'm not cool because I don't post all the time and as we know if you post infrequently the cool kids crap on you. But this thread really p i s s e s me off. I am travelling to Auckland from Halifax in September in J with my wife and our 2.5 year old and 6 month old. I have spent 300,000 miles to do it. Miles I have earned from flying, spending, and generally being a good customer. My 2.5 year old behaves better than most business class passengers in that she 1)doesn't get drunk 2)politely asks the flight attendant for juice 3)fits quite nicely in her pod 4)sleeps most of the time.
I am appalled by the fact that some of you think that I do not have the right to take my familly with me on the airline I support and have earned status with.
Perhaps we should simply ban children from all flgihts. Parents can abdicate all responsiblity for their kids and we can just travel ourselves. Perhaps as others have stated we can start to zero in on ethinic groups, the elderly, the handicapped, and others who have challenges. We can bask in our wealth and just treat the airlines as our personal wealth toys.
If you pay, cash or points, bring your family. Take responsibility and do your best to make sure that you are good passengers..... and....
Give your heads a GD shake people.
