I made it out alive and it was actually not bad. They called "First, Business, GS and 1K" ONLY. Thank god, that made it all much easier. There was no separate call for GS and no mention of military.

Then they call some other combinations of elites including the SUPER ELITES. I was shocked, I had read about that here but I thought people were making that up. Nope, super elites was called verbatim.

The wait list for business got up to 49 and whomever was 49th on that list should be proud he was lucky enough to have a seat because there were 50 something on the standby list with no seats left.

What a circus. I must fly out of ORD more often.
