If you read the posts being quoted you will see that he quoted simple (and accurate) factual statements and said "This appears not to be correct."

I admit my highly subjective suggestion that TN may be partially liable is quite debatable (and appears to be something of a lost cause in this forum).

However, I don't believe the simple facts listed and the fact that any liability from TN would complicate the case against AA are incorrect.
