Well, for a lovely adventurous different but not quite Amanwana experience, try Toka Leya Lodge, Zambia - right in a game park & on the Zambesi with complimentary river trips ( lots of hippos , birds , reptiles ... , etc ) including sundowners
Their efficient guides also took us on a falls walk - definitely not to be missed !
Excellent food when we stayed by a kitchen headed by an Aussie chef who incorporated local dishes in the menu.. Also did off menu

Short drive to the falls ( but do you want to hear it loudly the whole night if you are closer ? )
