Was on a City Night Line last night from AMS to MUC. Boarded to find my entire car was missing. Conductor states it collapsed somewhere. I was reaccomodated from my deluxe single into a couchette - that at least I didn't have to share. The train was then an hour late and I hD to rush to catch the S-Hahn to the airport.

I'm going to submit a claim (have stamped ticket with note from conductor) but I'm wondering if I should also dispute this with American Express? I don't mind the delay so much as the accommodations. I just don't wantto wait too long and not get anything from DB and find it's too late with Amex. Any advice would be appreciated.
