He did say it was a great experience in business class, but as I hadn't seen him in many years, we didn't spend long discussing the airplane! =)
According to
seatguru, row 51 is an economy seat in literally the 2nd row of the main deck. Given there are 45 rows in economy on the main deck, it really WAS the front! All first and business class seats are in the upper deck.
