Got another call about this tonight. I pressed for more details as I am semi-interested in the Orlando package. There's really 2 versions of this pitch. One is the sales person who talks you into it, and says yes to everything (she even promised I would earn HHonors points for the stay, which I'm highly suspicious of). The second is the "quality assurance" rep who actually reads through a script of the actual restrictions.

• 4 days, 3 nights at any of the 3 Orlando properties: Sea World, Tuscany, Park Soleil (?) for $149 + tax = $167.63 all-in.
• $100 stay a night on us voucher (this is $200 for the Vegas offer)
• Travel must occur in the next 7 months, although the agent seemed to indicate it wouldn't be a problem to schedule farther out if necessary
• Reservations must be completed within 45 days. If not, a $50 charge applies.
• Travel on weekends is subejct to an extra charge(!!), but this is waived for Orlando
• If arriving the day of a major holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day), there is a $99 one-time fee. Arrival on any other day, including the day before a major holiday, does not incur any extra fees.
• $19.95 fee to change reservations once placed.
• $120 admin charge to change or cancel a reservation within 14 days of arrival.
• The charge is of course non-refundable and non-transferable.
• You must take a "tour of the resort" during your stay which lasts 2 hours, scheduled at your convenience. You must show government-issued identification at the tour and if you have a spouse or co-habitate, that person must attend as well. You must confirm your annual pre-tax household income is at least $80K annually. If you don't meet all of these requirements, they reserve the right to charge you the full nightly rate for your stay plus the value of the extra benefits to your credit card.
