I have booked a group cruise through a medical education cruise specialty TA. I called AMEX and they said right off the bat that likely it would not work.. The med education TA said they would try. Good news, called right back and got us a 2 category refund on ticket ( we already had C room and upgrade would have been to suite). Also got dinner for 2 at Pinnacle Grill and bottle of champagne day 1. Not bad for asking.
