If things as personal as adult diapers are the TSA's business, they should be very, very, very carefully trained and prepared, and shouldn't get involved if they can't get it right, and by right I don't just mean following procedure. They need to get it right by doing right by the individual person involved.
Surely, there is someone across or up the chain-of-command in this airport who can step in if a particular screener has little or no experience dealing with screening a passenger wearing an adult diaper? If not, surely there is someone in this airport who has had enough experience as a human being to know better than to do what the TSA is accusing this woman of lying about?
