However, without knowing the background of neither you nor the situation, I believe every pax is responsible for himself. Having ticket prices for 500$ to New York and back or similar AND expecting royal treatment in case of an Irop is very much irrational. No airline in the world guarantees a 100% delivery to destination on time, delays etc happens all the time. Flying does not means you do not need to take personal responsibility.

Instead of refreshing this page every other minute to reply immediately to forum posts you (and others) should write to our politicians instead about the curfew and the fact that Swiss has too few pilots.
