Your best bet right now would probably be the chase sapphire card. They are offering a 50,000 point bonus after spending $3,000. You'll get points for the spending too, so for a $3,000 spend, you'd get 53,000 points. These points can be transferred to Continental at a 1:1 ratio, so that would get you 53,000 Continental miles. Once you have those, you can transfer them directly to United.

If you applied right now, you're probably looking at a minimum of 6 weeks to get the points -- you'll need to do the spend and then wait for that month's statement to close. Here's the link.
