you would likely get that but I doubt its all due to their loyalty. Its that many dont have experience or knowledge of both programs and just theirs. I dont have much dealings with AA FF program which is why I posed some questions for the OP to ask themselves Obviously if the OP is based at Ohare and travels to Miami, New York, and Boston most of the time...AS would be a useless option unless like ANC Red Eye said if you dont fly that much where status and upgrades dont matter and bank the miles at AS
