The Korean lounge is before immigration on the 3rd floor so you would have to use it after you check in and before heading through immigration. Haven't used it years so who knows if there is more food now!

Have no idea about the KLM lounge....the lounges at KIX aren't so great on the whole so have low expectations and you should be fine!
