We did something similar, arriving at 10pm and we went for the Courtyard Marriott. A very new hotel built sometime in March, some minor issues here and there but very easily fixed. The breakfast chef was amazing and quickly made something vegetarian for us. That morning we then checked out and headed to St. Regis, a 5 minute drive, so worked out perfectly. If you are in Nusa Dua, it's certainly worth it, as the rate was 117USD which included a 50 dollar credit, so came out to just 67 usd, for a hotel way better than any I have experienced in US/Canada
