DR Zhivago,

On my recent LHR-SVO-LHR they were serving Salmon Caviar...not Malosol Caviar in C class on Aeroflot.
However, SU is about to introduce their new service standards starting tomorrow (the 25th of December) on SVO-JFK-SVO routes, with totally new meal service, different level of inflight service, enhanced inflight entertainment, new amenity kits, etc. for ALL classes of service. There will be Malosol Caviar in F, C classes on all routes, and this new standard of service will be gradually introduced on all routes throughout 2003 (with SVO-NRT-SVO and SVO-CDG-SVO following SVO-JFK-SVO immediately).

They are also changing the paint scheme of their aircraft from white and blue to navy blue, orange and silver, and the uniforms will become designer-cut in February). Oh, yeah, the hammer and cicle logo will dissapear by the mid-2003 also.
