I wonder if you are getting hit with a combination of 10% infant fee and multiple YQs. Try to replicate your itinerary on ITA to check full fare cost and calculate 10% part. Also IIRC YQs should not be applied for lap child but I am not entirely certain if all airlines do it that way.
