I've done it, non-stop from Baghram to Pope AFB in NC, in air refuel. Was better than couch on any commercial airline. We were in a C17 loaded with sensitive items, guarding them (even though they were locked in a vault). About 10 pax. Layed anywhere, walked around anytime. No movie, no cushy seat, but being in a widebody that you could roam all over kept the body from cramping up.
