Location: Bloomsbury and Maida Vale, 17th when I can.
Programs: BA Gold. No idea how really. AF a bit, probably more soon...

The PArk will have a few people about at that time, a few runners, some swimmers in the lake, a birdwatcher and a few cyclists.
Certainly safe, I pop down occasionally at that time to swim in the lake when I get bored of the pool.
