Flew DL 747's several times DFW/LAX. Only time remember using FC lounge on upper deck do not remember whether it had separate private area.

My wife and I were almost by ourselves in FC. After dinner, flight attendant (I believe they were called stewardesses at that time) invited us to have our desert and after dinner drinks in the upstairs lounge. After several cognacs, do not actually remember landing at LAX nor how we got down that rather difficult winding stairway. Of course, being in your mid 20's made a lot of difference.
