Again, not to hammer home the same thing over and over again, but any marriott member for 270K points can get 120K miles on UA, DL and a host of other airlines (just not AA AAnymore) PLUS 7 nights in a category 1-5 hotel.
If you own at MVCI, it's like 235K points for 5 nights plus 120K miles.
Now that's the best conversion ratio, even if you don't value the hotel stay that much. The maximum conversion rate is one point to one mile, up to 120K miles, if you also redeem one 7 day stay in a hotel (or 5 days if you're a MVCI owner).
