I'm sure there are airlines which always serve steak or chicken in F. In fact one of the best airline meals in F I've had was a steak on an LH flight from the west coast of the US.

In F and C ex-Germany they serve "less complicated" dishes each month called "Lufthansa Classics". In recent months the dishes on offer included Swabian dumplings in vegetable broth, Spätzle cheese noodles with fried caramelised onions, Königsberg meatballs and asparagus with Hollandaise sauce.

We'll have to remember Lufthansa is a German airline.
