Yes and IT is much better with dynamic inventory. For example for tomw's DEL-LHR flight IT has 3 seats open in IT First (biz class) where the booked load is approx 16 of 30 seats. 9W has a total on 10 open seats out of 30 in biz and 6 out of 8 open in First for the same flight and only 1 seat open for redemption in both first and biz.


Similarly on BOM-LHR, IT has booked 18 of 30, and has 1 open seat for redepmtion. 9W is at a booked load of 15 for the afternoon BOM-LHR departure (15 free seats), and not one open for redemption...

IT as a product may be inferior in some aspects in terms of aircraft maintainence, but is far ahead of 9W on award seat availability
