I would LOVE to see those pax who complain about no service on some of these short haul routes actually do the service themselves.
LX does it on ZRH-GVA as an example and serves a meal in J (143 miles). Same with BA on LHR-AMS (230 miles). Also LH VRN-MUC (209 miles). Is it possible they have more FAs?
It isn't important to me, but the fact is, other airlines seem able to provide beverage service and even snacks, so it must either be staffing or the way AA does the service IMO.
