Thanks for your response. I don't think I'm going to spend $60k, although at this rate maybe. For now, I'm just trying to see if the 15k MQMs can be split differently. I'm trying to hold off at GM and not get to PM.

I'll keep this thread alive when Amex emails me back. Unfortunately, I did both last night, Googled and emailed Amex.
