I believe that Dr. Zhivago is correct about the bulkhead. I had a tall guy sitting next to me on the return segment between BKK and LHR, he seemed to just sleep with his knees bent out to the side a bit (if that makes sense). He had an aisle seat: I don't know if aisle seats are generally better for taller people.

Not sure about dessert AND cheese (since I never asked for both and can't remember being offered both). It might depend on how much they have available (and what everyone has). If I had wanted both, i would just have asked nicely for both: the FAs were very helpful and friendly.

I did manage a LOT of changes (and showers...). I sure do wish that iarplane washrooms were a LITTLE bigger (again, lucky that I am rather small...).
