Since it does give the 25% discount where the availability exists in the lowest class, it doesn't seem that misleading to me. I would not expect the 25% discount promo to be exisiting on all fares given that it says subject to availability and that amendment/cancellation penalties apply

Having a price match policy that explicitly excludes specific airlines seems silly to me and just a way of telling customers that those specific airlines are likely to be better value and to go off and try booking those instead
