I am assuming you are flying to either PEK or PVG.

I would fly on CO if you can get a nonstop (EWR-PEK or EWR-PVG). It is lie flat.

If you want to fly on another carrier, I would fly ANA JFK-NRT-XXX (PEK or PVG.

The ANA JFK-NRT is their new staggered business class.
