Second how strict are they on liquid rules in carry-on.
I don’t have any liquids which are to big but I also don’t use a clear plastic bag for my stuff.
I have all my standard toilet stuff in a toilet bag ( Emirates amenity bag ) and a extra Emirate amenity bag from my previous flight.
Normally this is not a problem at other airports but as mentioned it is my first time for Istanbul airport.
Is there some other advise for me or something else I have watch out for when I transfer at IST.

1. Depends where you are connecting from. Really doesn't matter after all because you can cut the line if there's any in the TK transfer desk.
2. Plenty of time. You will get bored in the temporary lounge.
3. TK is very forgiving in their baggage limit. I have never had any issues.
4. I wouldn't try to sneak any liquids which aren't in the plastic bag and comply with all the requirements. I don't know which airports you are use to but wouldn't it be just easier and stress free if you bag your amenities inside a plastic bag and put that to your emirates amenity-bag?
