I have two small questions for first time user of IST airport.
I fly via IST to BKK both on TK Business Class.
Hopefully I have already a printed boarding pass for my IST-BKK flight.
I understand that transferring is not really a problem in Istanbul. ( I have 2.5 hrs transfer time )
But my question is about hand carry on luggage.
I don't have checked luggage but a reasonable sized Samsonite carry on stroller, It is just within the size limitations but heavier then 5 kg off-course.
How strict is IST and TK on business class carry-on luggage?
I fly normally via Dubai to and from Bangkok without any problems.
Second how strict are they on liquid rules in carry-on.
I don’t have any liquids which are to big but I also don’t use a clear plastic bag for my stuff.
I have all my standard toilet stuff in a toilet bag ( Emirates amenity bag ) and a extra Emirate amenity bag from my previous flight.
Normally this is not a problem at other airports but as mentioned it is my first time for Istanbul airport.
Is there some other advise for me or something else I have watch out for when I transfer at IST.
