Any Trip Planning Services worthwhile?

I have an upcoming driving holday in Europe, and only a general itinerary to adhere to.

With all the different hotel programs to check (FHR, Jetsetter, Virtuoso, others), its really time consuming. I am wondering if anyone here has experiences to share in using Trip Planning services from any of the following:

* Amex Centurion Concierge - is Trip Planning part of their services? Are they any good at it?
* JPMorgan Concierge - same question, any better/worse than Amex Plat?
* Jetsetter - they just kicked off a trip planning service, any experiences?
* Virtuosos - just learned about it on this site, they seem to offer customized itinerary creation, is it worthwhile?

Mostly I'm looking for someone to find great deals on lux hotels & dining along a generate route. Ideally someone that could capitalize on all the various extra perks & specials to make the experience more special (good rates, upgrades, credits, arrival gifts) versus what I could do on my own by spending the night on Kayak or something.

Would it be unethical to give multiple services my parameters and let them duke it out, see who does the best?

Thanks for any info!
