As an international departure, you will only have access to AC's Int'l Maple Leaf Lounge. If you have a plat Amex or Priority Pass, there is another lounge somewhere in the terminal.
From the entrance to the MLL, bear left, down the escalators, turn left through the duty free shop, left again into a small hallway, up the elevator. Seems pleasant enough, food selection more varied than MLL, and quieter, but no shower, which is a big negative for me
