Looks like somebody jumped the gun on this. No changes for now

Erratum : The summer edition of Connection e-newsletter incorrectly stated, that the baggage process would be changing June 30 , 2011, when connecting via Toronto for flights destined to the U.S. Please note that there will be no change to the current process for now.
