As for how it works, nothing out of the ordinary but only one driver is allowed. The company you get may allow an additional driver for a fee, but you won't know that until you show up to pick up the car. As with all car rentals, insurance is not included. You also have to present a credit card to guarantee any damage charges when you pick up the car and it doesn't have to be the same card you used for Priceline.
