We have crew rest permanently installed on all of our aircraft apart from the 737 (a curtain can be installed if required for some sectors).
Even on the 747 and A380 where we have bunks, we also have curtained off seats as required by our contract.
The 767 and A330 don't have bunks for crew, so we only get curtained rest. We have domestic and international configured A330-200 and international configured A300-300 which all operate domestically.
On domestic sectors crew rest can be sold (except on the international A330-200 as it's not approved for take off and landing) depending on what sector the crew are operating next. So if operating a return sector then the crew rest is not sold. It also depends if international or domestic crew are operating the sector as there are different conditions in regards to crew rest.
If the flight is not full, crew rest would never be allocated to passengers, allowing the crew to sit, eat and take maybe 30 minutes. The flight may be 4 hours but our service is not that long, so crew can have some time to themselves.
Here is a picture of the 747 bunks (BA aircraft but they look the same on any 747)

On some of our 747's (the newer ones) have curtains for added privacy, and have a reading light in case crew don't want to sleep and read instead.
Here is a picture of the A380 bunks, which are underneath economy (this picture happens to be from the SQ A380)
