SA234/235 are guaranteed to have the Millennium configuration. Those aircraft also have flat seats in business. The other SAA flights out of Heathrow are either 744s or 743s - only the 744s have the new configuration. The others have the old first class seats:

Im not aware of any plans to update the older aircraft but SA has orders with Airbus to eventually replace them. The first two new A340-600s are due to fly in February to Frankfurt and Hong Kong.
