Employees and their immediate families get two round trip D1 passes a year each... allows them to have a higher priority. Employees commuting to work get no extra special consideration other than a cabin or cockpit jumpseat if they are a pilot of flight attendant. Quite a few agents and ramp workers commute from places like BNA and ABQ as they were bumped out during a RIF, but they just have to hope and for an open seat.
