Understood, but to answer the question,do you think it's worth it? I needed to know the alternative. To me 1.5 BA miles is more valuable than 3 HHonors points, but this is based on my redemption pattern.

No. To my knowledge there are currently no programs which offer transfers to Membership Rewards. (Several years ago it was possible to transfer from Radisson Gold Points Plus to Membership Rewards, but I believe that arrangement ended.)
