Yes, we have been PROMISED to get the update of BE to full lay flat by June, 16th, 2011. Instead of that we have received canellations for every flight after Sep., 2nd until March, 2012. This route will be suspended
Due to this suspension, the DL agents in FRA informed us about not having the T's or the 764's for the remainder of the operation in 2011.

On a side note: I really, really hope I am wrong and
you can enjoy lay flat. But according to the SEAT MAP (not the "amenities" display), this is not an updated plane. There is information in the BE update thread on how to judge from the look of the seat map on what kind of plane you're flying. Good luck to you!
Oh - I'm not flying on that route, the OP is.
It looks like the 767 operating the JFK-TXL flight has 42 rows of Economy, which matches up with the 76T seatmap on delta.com. Is the 76G the one with updated cabins, or the 76T the one with updating cabins?
