Anyone could start and maintain a thread in MilesBuzz titled "Post UK credit card offers here" or similar. It could be modeled after this one:

Threads of this type are useful for demonstrating that a new forum is needed.

I'm willing to start a thread off with the offers that I'm aware of. I'll post it up and see what sort of reception it gets. I'm sure there will be LOADS that I miss, so I'll need some assistance, but I'll make a start.
