Sad but true, rowan... the lack of whistleblowing is incorrigibly deplorable for a country that likes to trumpet a "fair go" for all. I'm already writing a letter to the ACCC/Ombudsman re: Air NZ, so perhaps I can dove-tail Emirates onto it as well... sharing these issues with readers of flyertalk is a good way to get initial feedback, though.
