Visa Infinite seems to be a convenient option.. in place of going directly to the airlines and going through the hassle..
We use the Amex Gold because of double points for travel.. but its good to know there is bag delay coverage on my CIBC Infinite Visa.. doubling up coverage which an airline should be responsible for.
