RainBoe hasn't been used on commercial aircraft in a good decade or two. It's a nasty solvent that caused pretty serious health problems for some pilots.
One pilot sued Boeing and USAir after being sprayed in the face with a faulty canister. A great article about the stuff is

I've seen WN pilots throw Rain-X on their windows, but for the most part, the air flow and wipers will do the trick just fine. FWIW, I hear Rain-X makes for some awesome effects when doing 250-300 mph in your jet.
