We all knew going into it that they were awarding as a goodwill bonus (which they can award if they choose to or not). That timeline seemed to have ended on Tuesday. Those who got the card were doing it on the 'hopes' that the goodwill gesture would still be available when they request it, but knew that it wasn't a guarantee. To cry foul now when it didn't work in your favor when it was not a guarantee in the first place...
