I agree. I think those of us who find out that someone below us got upgrade because we did what Delta wants and got ON the plane so it can take off should start complaining and asking for miles!
Or maybe everyone on the list should just start sitting in the gate area and create a mass rush at the last minute. (Think about it, on some flights we could get 50 people boarding at "last call" LOL!) And then we should all whine when they have to gate check our bags. We delay enough plans with this tactic and maybe Delta will "wake up"
