Welcome to FT! The 747 has better business class seats. On the 777 they are narrower due to 8 across seating. You also have the choice of sitting on the upper or lower deck on the 747.
The rear facing seats are better than forward facing because during flight the plane actually flies with a slight tilt upward. So in a rear facing seat your head is slightly above your feet which is good. In forward facing seats your head is below your feet and is not as comfortable.
The new business seats are excellent IMO.
