June 18. I flew BUF-ORD-ATL. I used my miles to book this flight (so XY).

Due to the system problem on June 17, GA gave me free confirmed seat on earlier flight.

Booking class was listed as Y on my boarding pass and my past reservation on UA.com also shows "Fare basis code / Booking class Y / Economy"

I remember I was in a same situation a year ago. Traveling on XY ticket and agent changed my tickets (missed connection due to weather) so I was able to get miles and booking bonus.

However, this time nothing has been posted.

Of course, I am not supposed to earn miles. But just curious..
