Why it sometimes pays to call BAEC for prices

I have just booked flights for a trip LHR - GRU and back EZE - LHR, was struggling on line so called up CS. The very helpful agent there was able to do it all for me, whilst he was doing so I managed to get the www to work, but some reason his price was £200 cheaper than mine. Turns out he had booked me WT+ on the GRU leg as it was £200 cheaper than a fully flexible WT ticket. ^ Mind you at over £1600 I nearly had kittens, but I am going first 2 wks in August.

And he didn't even charge me the off line booking fee!
