I quoted your statement "It is simply theft" which was at the start of your post and didn't quote any other posts. I would therefore assume it applied either to some post immediately preceding yours (not the case here, as none contained a suitable scenario) or the OP. If your comment didn't refer to the scenario described in the OP, but in fact only to "the group that refuse to move or get nasty" then yes, we are talkiing at cross-purposes.
