I swim several times a week and find that most hotel pools are too small or poorly shaped to get a good workout in.

I'll book at the Olive 8 next month when I'm in Seattle.
Take with a grain a salt as I am not a lap swimmer, but I really like the pools at:

GH Guangzhou, China
PH Shanghai, China
HR Hong Kong Shatin.

All very nice pools and you always see folks happily swimming laps.
