I just got home from a reward trip to MIA - was on the new A321's from MIA-YYZ, and I'm not sure what all the hype is about...

Not so good points:
No shaving kit (can't believe they'd even say that).
The colour scheme is just a little garish, why Green?
The seats themselves are rather hard and not as much cushion as I'd like to see.
The foot rest bar didn't work on my wife's seat.
The audio system was working intermittently for some of the rows up front - heard more than a few complaints.

Good Points.
The in-chair massage was nice (not sure how many of them will still be in working order in a year!).
Service was good which is not reflective of the plane of course.
